During the holiday season, Anthropic is doubling the rate limit for all Claude Max subscribers
But you definitively don’t want to sit in front of your computers all the time to maximize the amount of tokens you burn on Claude Code.
I was looking for a way to access Claude Code from everywhere. It turns out there have been many solutions enabling accesses to Claude Code from internet
- Use Claude Code on the Web, which require your project to be hosted on Github.
- Install Claude Code on a VPS and use SSH client to access Claude Code from your phone.
- Use Vibetunnel and Tailscale to access Claude Code on your laptop from everwhere.
- Launch & Control Claude Code & Codex from Anywhere with Omnara
- Claude Code Anywhere with Happy Engineering
- Hosting a Web-based interface for Claude CLI with streaming chat responses.
- And a lot more other options …
Among those options, I found Happy Engineering is the most straight forward and easy way to connect directly to my Claude Code sessions running on my laptop.
The advantage of this is that I can switch back and forth between remote and local mode for the same session continuously.
The app is also nice and easy to use

And best of all, it’s completely free and open-source.
